Information you share with us as a client during a project is governed by our written agreement with you, not by this policy.

Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep standard request logs. These can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of each request. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage any resulting engagement, and maintain ordinary business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and we are not required to keep them. Server logs are retained for a limited period set by our hosting provider and are then deleted.

This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to obtain a copy of your information or to opt out of certain processing.
